Salmon ---> Salmon Fish Ball

I made some SALMON FISH BALL!!!!
All we need is:

Salmon Flesh 350 g
Egg white - One
Manioc Starch ( Cassava Starch) - 50 g
Crushed Ice - 150 g
Ice Water - 100 cc
Salt - 12g
powdered sugar - 20g
pepper - 1 teaspoon
sesame oil - 1 teaspoon




I "dig" all the salmon flesh by a spoon.
(Like you're getting flesh from water melon)

Then we add the salmon flesh, salt, pepper, sesame oil, powdered sugar and crushed ice into the blender. 
Turn it on for around 1 minute.

Add egg white and stir everything together. 
Then, mix manioc starch in the ice water. 


Shape it and scope it with your hand!


Cook it in a pot of boiling water



SALMON FISH BALL!!!
